End User License Agreement

1. Agreement
By using this application ("Application"), you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for business purposes.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to:
- Use the application only for lawful business purposes
- Not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
4. Integration with QuickBooks
This Application connects to QuickBooks Online via authorized APIs.
- You are responsible for granting and managing access permissions
- You may revoke access at any time via QuickBooks settings
5. Data Responsibility
You retain ownership of your data.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect data input
- Data discrepancies originating from third-party systems
6. Security
You agree to:
- Safeguard login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for:
- Downtime
- Third-party outages (e.g., QuickBooks)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid (if any)
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Security risks are identified
10. Compliance
You agree to comply with:
- Applicable financial regulations
- HIPAA (if applicable in your environment)
- Data protection laws
11. Updates
We may update the application and terms at any time.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
